Zoom yoga is super convenient but not very effective for learning alignment details. Nuance is lost on a 2D screen, teacher feedback is limited, and of course physical adjustments are absent!
In this live workshop, Nick will offer a detailed study of Bow Pose (dhanurasana) and its 1-legged sibling, Dancer (natarajasana). These back bends call for great discernment in how we balance mobility with flexibility, and they're exhilarating!
The format will be highly interactive, with lots of time to see things from all sides, try variations for yourself and get tactile feedback if desired. There will be some experiential anatomy study as well.
Cost: $30, members save 15%
Class size is limited to 12 full vaccinated students. Instructo and students must be masked, per local ordinance. Sanitizing wipes available for studio mats and blocks, or bring your own.
