In Conversation With Michael Swann & Laura Lamb Mallet: Noema Book Launch

To celebrate the launch of his first book 'Noema', Michael Swann will be in conversation with Laura Lamb Mallet (creator of the photography and culture podcast, Photoslut) to talk all about the project.

'Noema', published by Kult `Books, is a body of work that follows Michael's search for the presence of the Virgin Mary in two locations where groups of children had collective apparitions of her. Combining atmospheric landscapes, pareidolic details and haunting stills taken from video footage of the children while in the presence of the Virgin, 'Noema' explores how photography can be used to represent what is felt but perhaps not seen.

Join us for the exhibition opening, book launch and conversation on May 30th at 17 Midland Road (Old Market, Bristol):

7:30pm onwards - The exhibition and book launch is open to all

Due to limited space, there are only 25 tickets available for the conversation (they're free). You don't need a ticket from 7:30pm onwards.
