About this Event
As part of the exhibition with Tawanda Chiweshe and Francisco Gaspar, the AA welcomes Matt Hannigan and Philippe Malouin. The conversation will cover ideas around what it means to design by making and the power of mistakes in the creative process.
Invited contributions from an extended network of collaborators and an accompanying programme of events will transform the AA Gallery into a live platform during the exhibition run, reflecting Francisco and Tawanda’s iterative, conversational and relational approach to making.
This event takes place in the AA Gallery. It has limited capacity with standing-room only.

His work is invested in the circulation of subcultures, exploring how creative forms, communities, and infrastructures migrate, transform, and shape broader cultural economies.
