About this Event
Join us for a conversation between an art historian and an artist who spent ten days together in the Canadian Arctic. Centring on Zachari's drawings and lithograph, created during and inspired by his artist residency at Kinngait Studios, Nunavut, last year, the discussion explores a shared fascination with the local light and landscape, flora and fauna, and reflect on their experience of the Arctic during the autumn equinox.
We will have light refreshments available. Please note that this event will be held in our workshop space at 21 Castle Street, AB11 5BQ. It can be cold in the workshop, so please make sure to wear appropriate clothing.
We would like to thank the Interdisciplinary Institute at the University of Aberdeen for their support in hosting this event.
