Spring brings grounding and expansion. Polarities that would not be one without the other. Spring is a season of shifting - we're here to support you.

Join us as we explore the shift in season through nutrition and movement. Catherine will lead a workshop on supporting the liver (the organ of the season!) through nutrition, visualizations, and breath. This will be followed by an awakening, grounding, expansion flow led by Jaclyn.

Bring:

- water bottle

- yoga mat

- journal for notes + pen

- blanket or extra layers
