Course Description: This course presents issues and concerns and considerations for agents working with consumers who wish to obtain financing by means of an FHA Loan. This course will help the agent understand the FHA Loan program and process of receiving funding and will put the agent in a position to inform the Buyer of this financing option & be a liaison between the Buyer & Lender.

Course Objective:The purpose of this class is to assist agents in recognizing if the Borrower is eligible to qualify for an FHA loan since the regulations tend to vary. At the end of this course, agents will be able to identify properties which are eligible for FHA financing, understand underwriting and appraisal issues and will have a thorough understanding of how to write a contract and properly complete the FHA Loan Exhibit. Students will be able to assist their Buyers in comparing the FHA Loan vs. others and will be in a position to be an advocate for their client with the lender when the financing for a sale is through the FHA.
