About this Event

Start your morning doing something just for you. Take in everything nature has to offer as you practice mindfulness and set up the mood for your day.

What To Expect

On this forest bathing walk, we will explore Capisic Pond Park closely and mindfully to see what it has to offer.

We will begin by opening our senses on a meditative walk in the forest, with invitations crafted to deepen our connection to the space around us. Then, we will explore our creativity and expression with a healing and intuitive watercolor painting session inspired by the colors of early summer blooms.

Lastly, we will conclude the experience with a traditional forest bathing tea ceremony.
