In Bloom: A Summer Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey
About this Event
Just as flowers open to the light of the sun, this guided session invites you to gently unfold. Through conscious breathing, we move into a deeper state of awareness, creating space for emotions to be felt, tension to soften and for the body to begin to unwind. Together, we will explore the sensations and impulses of your body, allowing what has been held to come into awareness. This session is about making space for every part of your experience, becoming the witness for all that wants to be seen, felt or heard.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a guided practice where you breathe in a continuous, connected rhythm. During the session you may experience waves of energy, emotional release or moments of mental clarity. Time is dedicated to integration and stillness, allowing your body to deeply rest and recalibrate.
If you have any questions at all, you can email me at [email protected], I would love to hear from you!

About Me
I’m Lily, a certified breathwork facilitator (Alchemy of Breath) and meditation teacher (British School of Meditation). My approach to breathwork isn’t about chasing peak experiences. While powerful moments can arise, I believe the real healing lives in the quieter moments, when we meet ourselves exactly as we are, sit with what’s uncomfortable and learn to soften around it.
My sessions are designed to facilitate emotional processing, deep rest and reconnection with the body.

Aftercare
The beauty of breathwork is that so much of the benefit is in the time after the session. So, if possible, schedule in time for rest and reflection. If this session falls on a sunny day this August then some time out in nature afterwards would be perfect…the beautiful Ruskin Park is just a 10 minute walk away!
