In & Out of Place with Gabrielle Civil
Saturday, March 22
3PM - 5PM
Join us as we celebrate the release of artist Gabrielle Civil's new book In & Out of Place.
This event will feature live reading, projections, videos, and interactive performance.
Documenting her time making Black feminist performance art in Mexico, In & Out of Place engages questions of Blackness, identity, location, and artistic process. Overlapping book and image, shifting from self to others, this event will enact border crossing on the page and in the space.

We will have copies of the book for sale via Taylor & Co Books.
