This year's LGBTQ Film Festival opens with IN A WHISPER, a powerful drama about returning to one's traditional family after years of living freely abroad. After residing in Paris for many years, Lilia returns to Tunisia for her uncle’s funeral. While staying in the family home shared by three generations of women, she confronts unspoken tensions, resurfacing memories, and shifting family dynamics. As she investigates her uncle’s mysterious death, Lilia uncovers a family secret and now must confront her own.
