Hi-Lite’s 10-week teen coaching group is where that changes.
Led by certified youth life coaches, this group experience gives teens the space, support, and tools to build emotional intelligence, think critically, and take ownership of their lives. Through weekly sessions filled with real conversations, guided coaching, and impactful activities, your teen will begin to:
• Make more confident decisions
• Build habits that support long-term success
• Strengthen emotional regulation and self-awareness
• Create goals that align with who they want to be
• Build authentic peer connections in a safe, supportive space
This isn’t therapy. It’s real-life skill building with people who get it.
