Come join us for the Second Session of DANCE FLOW with Lunna: Improvisation, Connection and Brazilian Zouk.SATURDAY - May 4th
3:00pm - 5:30pm
Perfect for all levels and styles of dancers!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
The first part of this workshop will immerse us in techniques to enhance our individual skills and confidence to express ourselves while connecting with others.
The practice imparts a deep power into body awareness, self-expression and connection, developing the ability to both lead and follow.
The second part of the workshop will be dedicated to the fundamentals of Brazilian Zouk basics. We will enhance our body movement vocabulary and savor some flavors of Brazilian culture.
And finally, we will dedicate some time to practice together and social dance.
No partner required to attend.
