About this Event

During the event, we will engage in powerful psychodrama-inspired role-play, role-reversals, and improvs of real-life scenarios, helping to make those internal conflicts that women in business are at times challenged with tangible and …CONQUER them!

During the registration process, you will be asked to select which role you would be willing to participate in during the roleplay:

· Protagonist - The main character in an improv, the person enacting a scenario.

· Auxiliaries - Supporting roles used to assist in the protagonist's scenario.

· Audience member - Those who engage with the improved scenario outside of the scene by watching and sharing at the end.

Additional definitions:

· Doubling - when an audience member represents the inner thoughts, feelings, or conflicts of the protagonist or a role the protagonist is playing

· Role reversal - The protagonist moves out of their own role and switches into the role of an auxiliary.
