IMPROVERS BREASTSTOKE SESSIONDates- Tuesday 18th/25th June 6.30pm - 7.30pm

Breaststroke tends to be over looked when it comes swimming especially if you swim in open water. Being a swim teacher means I can instruct on all four strokes. More and more people are choosing to swim breaststroke so this session is designed for those people, so they can become more efficient.
These two one hour lessons are aimed at those that can swim basic BREASTSTROKE but would like to improve. During the session you will be given swim practices to help improve your stroke. We will look at each aspect of the stroke.
Post session emails are sent out with the stroke points so you can refer back to them.
PREREQUISITE: Participants must be able to swim breaststroke for at least 50m and happy in deep water.
THIS LESSON IS NOT FOR NON SWIMMERS
Goggles are optional but if wanting to improve efficiency they are well worth having.
