By strengthening our body-awareness we can change how we relate to a way that is more aligned with our genuine needs and longings.
🍀 Compassionate Reflection or Reflective Functioning implies both cognitive and affective empathy as a way to meet one’s own and others internal states. It entails the quality of deep listening into both Self and the Other.
🍀 Acknowledge Relational Challenges entails developing radical acceptance in order to accept a situation more fully as it is, in your mind, in your heart, and in your body.
Dates: February 28 to March 2, 2025, from 13-17 Friday and Saturday 10-17, Sunday from 10 - 14.
🙂Teaching language: Dansk + English - Max 10 participants
😀Teaching place: Wisbom ApS teaching place, South of Fyn, Denmark.
