Improv Your Spirit: 4-Week Improv Intensive with Michael Houston

This class is the antidote.

Improv Your Spirit is a 4-week intensive designed to get you out of your head and back into your instincts. Through ensemble work and somatic-based exercises, you’ll build the ability to listen, respond, and trust what’s actually happening in the moment.

This class is about learning how to be more present, more connected, and more watchable.

You’ll learn how to quiet the internal critic that slows you down and start working with a sense of freedom that translates directly into auditions, on-camera work, and stage performance.

Michael Houston (The Groundlings, UCB) is a 2x Moth Storytelling Champion and award-winning actor. His work focuses on using improv as a pathway to emotional presence, connection, and truthful performance.
