Yes, and .. is a spontaneous Improv Workshop about trusting your own creative and emotional impulses. It can be an exciting and liberating experience for everyone, regardless of whether you have any interest in being a performer. The goal is building a space for mindful, in-the-moment connection. And it’s a lot of fun.
No prior experience is necessary.
THE FACILITATOR
Samuel Garza Bernstein is a creative hyphenate with over 30 years of experience in film, television, theater, and books. But he still makes it all up as he goes along.
