We all get stuck overthinking. Our workshops are designed to turn overthinking into playful expression. It turns out to be a damn good time!
About this Event

We’re back at Art Club for two hours of setting aside the pressure we feel from trying to say the "right" thing at our jobs and in our social lives. Our workshops are designed to help people feel supported in taking action on their gut reactions! (We've found that all people need to trust their gut is to feel supported in the process)

You will never be forced to do anything, and you'll have the chance to practice agency throughout class!

Your presence is participation.

We’ll explore what trusting the gut feels like while making eye contact, deeply listening, and finding joy in being in the unknown.

We'll do this on an individual level, in groups of 2 or 3 and as a collective team.

We start and end class with a mindfulness practice so that you feel welcomed and grounded when you begin and can relax and integrate when we wrap up the fun!

You'll walk away with:

* Trusting the first thought that comes in conversation, whether that's at work, on dates, or with your family/friends.

* Skills in detecting tension in the body. Overthinking and tension usually go hand in hand

* A few new friends. We've found that people feel accepted when they aren't worried about what to say

No experience needed. No pressure to be funny.

Bring a friend or come solo.

Either way, you'll be glad you had a new experience!
