IMPROV to Improve Your Social Skills
About this Event
At The Centre for Human Connections, our mission is to bring people together through vibrant, interactive, and entertaining social workshops.
Communicating with others is not only about words; it is about physical presence too. In this workshop, we will work on our social skills by doing playful improvisation games. Together, we will explore the concept of spatial awareness and learn how to feel more grounded and present in our interactions. We will dive into interactive scenarios inspired by our daily lives, using our rational minds and our most creative imagination. This experience is intentionally designed for adults who feel more comfortable and engaged when there is a mix of both physical movement and verbal activity. No prior theatre or comedy experience is required. One thing is certain: when we step together into the unpredictable world of improvisation, laughs are guaranteed!
