Improv is a form of unscripted mini performances that are fun, theatrical, and educational. Think: “Who’s Line Is It Anyway”. Instead of relying on prewritten dialog, or even the sets and props of traditional theater, improv actors create mini scenes based on loose scenarios. We are looking for fun people that love to participate. It will help if you are a little “out there” and ready to make a fool of yourself in front of others. This class will be great for anyone who wants to improve their communication skills, work on their shyness and / or confidence. This will include everything from what the performers say to the faces they make to how they move their bodies and is entirely made up on the spot. Participation is required, - so come with an open mind. This is a FREE EVENT. 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
