Improv for Wellbeing, July workshops at Woodlands Community Terrace

Fantastic Improv for Wellbeing, workshops, run by Glasgow Creative Coaching under the Facilitation of Chris Colebrook taking place weekly outside, Tuesday 5th, 19th and 26th & Thursday 14th July at Woodlands Community Terrace (66 Ashley Street, Glasgow) continuing throughout July 2022, a short walk from St George Cross subway station.

Since the pandemic there has been a build of reduced mood, isolation and/or feeling drained amongst many of us. I'll be continuing these improv workshops from last month, to help with this involving the power of improvised drama exercises! These workshops will give you the opportunity to increase your creativity, using a range of fun comical games with laughter to put a smile on your face during these difficult times and improv your wellbeing, confidence, mood and happiness. Each week will focus on an improv related theme(s) such a character, accepting, emotion, opposites, scene work and more!

All welcome that are 16 and over, and no prior acting experience is required! So if you are interested in attending please book asap to join us for some fun and laughter, as numbers are limited to 12 individuals per workshop, available only by suggested donations (to cover room hire charages amongst others, in advance or in person) pay what you can afford, depending on your circumstances as it would be great to see you there! Please be advised that £4-£8 donations per person are recommended, but if you are struggling/facing hardship do contact me to discuss than letting a lack of money prevent you from attending.
