​This small group session gives entrepreneurs, founders, and professionals a hands-on introduction to how improv and the yes, and... mindset can strengthen creativity, confidence, communication, and decision-making in business.

​No acting background required. No performing, no pressure.

​Just simple, supportive exercises that gently stretch your comfort zone and strengthen the mindset muscles every business leader needs.

​In this session, you’ll learn how to:

• ​Use the yes, and... mindset to think more creatively and stay open to possibility
• ​Communicate with clarity, even when you’re unsure
• ​Share your ideas with more confidence and ease
• ​Stay present, adaptable, and grounded under pressure
• ​Collaborate more naturally with clients, coworkers, and partners

​Every activity is paced with care and will be engaging enough to help you grow, but always accessible and introvert-friendly.

​By the end, you'll walk away with practical tools you can use immediately in your business, your leadership, and your everyday communication.
