Matt Swartz teaches business owners and leaders to build thriving business and fulfilling lives. He is the owner of three businesses and has over 25 years’ experience performing and teaching improv comedy. He believes that by utilizing improv skills, professionals can build their networking skills and enhance their ability to form meaningful connections to grow their businesses. As a business coach, speaker, and therapist, improv concepts have been foundational to the growth and success of Matt's own businesses and life, and he wants to share these strategies with you!
Tony DeRosa is the owner of hear.say brewing + theater. Prior to this adventure, he worked at Google and YouTube for over a decade during which time he led multiple employee satisfaction programs, oversaw a manager development program, and designed processes to align business metrics to fair performance evaluation. Tony holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at Michigan.
