Do you have a kid or a teenager interested in improv? Well, look no more because United Comedy Academy is bringing classes to Flying Pig in January! But before those paid classes start up, you can have your kiddo try it out beforehand - free!
Sharla Hale, owner of United Comedy, is hosting workshops for kids aged 8 to 12 & teens aged 13 to 17 plus parents/guardians to come see what's its all about. There will be some games, thinking on their feet, and encouragement of group mind. If you know for certain your child would enjoy the classes in January - sign up will happen shortly. Until then, we'll host a some free workshops before then so you can get a feel of the teacher and the program.
Saturday November 22nd we'll have a 45 min workshop for 8 to 12 year olds at 1pm, and then starting at 2pm we'll have a 45 minute workshop for 12 to 17 year olds.
