Improv for Joy Workshop

This open improv workshop is for everyone in the community to come together and delight in the joys of making it all up! No experience required, just bring yourself :)
Think of it as party games for adults, with the side effects of feeling braver, happier and more confident about yourself. Improv joy is infectious so be warned, you'll be wanting more!

Led by Bex Roberts, founder of the UK Improv Society and trained by Brighton's AndAlso Improv and London's West End Showstoppers. Bex is a member of Westdene's resident improv troupe Simulation Theory with popular sellout nights at Sheep Dip Comedy.

The goal for this workshop is simple, we're going to have the most wonderful time! If this gorgeous weather continues, we will picnic together on the Green afterwards so that the laughter may continue :)
