About this Event
Anxiety lives in the unknown — but so does improv! Learn some basics techniques from improv to help you stay present, listening to your 'inner character,' and give voice to the many thoughts and feelings that come with our anxiety.
No improv experience necessary!
Come play, connect, and laugh in a space where there are no mistakes—only discoveries!
About D'Arcy Briggs:
D'ARCY BRIGGS (he/they) has been an educator at all levels, from kindergarten to adult education. Honesty, play, and co-developing a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere is at the heart of everything he does. He is a co-founder of The Bakery (2023-), regularly performs with Paper Street Theater (Masterclass; MYTHOS, 2023-), and has been a member of the Impromaniacs Theatre Company Society (various, 2007-2011). He is also a member of the duo Burger & Briggs, an improv collective that blends theatrical improv with movement, dance, and storytelling.
