The cast of EIGHT IMPROV has been delivering the laughs live from Times Square NYC and touring nationwide since 2002. Since 2003 we have been working with k12 schools. We opened our Times Square school for kids & teens in 2012.
Improv Comedy is 70-80% of the focus but we also include Stand-Up Comedy in the mix. Combined, teens get a comprehensive performing arts and creative writing curriculm that surpasses most acting schools AND Language Arts programming. We reverse engineer language arts. We create original stories every week. We slowly create personal stories of experience and observation into comedy routines (STand-Up and even Sketch comedy at times).
EVERY SATURDAY 3pm Get FREE tickets to our weekly improv comedy shows featuring your teachers and other NYC professionals.
We daily host corproate teams and student groups for private shows & workshops. EMAIL us for group rates and private event options. We have improv comedy shows & workshops, M**der msytery shows, game shows and more.
Improv Theater LLC is a one stop edutainment center for corporate events. Our shows and workshops have helped entertain and train teams at Google, JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley. META, Johnson & Johnson, Louis Vuitton, Mercedes-Benz, Milbank and 100s more. We specialize in office friendly laughs, plus team building, leadership, sales and customer service skills training.
