Following meditation, you’ll have the opportunity to creatively express your connection to nature by crafting a tapestry made from natural elements, like leaves, stones, and twigs, collected during your time outdoors. This creative process allows for self-exploration and a deeper bond with nature.

The workshop will integrate reflective circles, where participants can share their personal journeys, insights, and the stories embedded in their tapestries. This communal reflection fosters connection, encourages empathy, and supports emotional well-being.
