Anne will demonstrate monochromatic underpainting by diluting a colour and building up layers in thicker paint ‘fat over lean’, concentrating on main areas of light and shade.The 2nd technique demonstrated will be ‘alla prima’ where paint is laid down quickly. This way colours blend into each other when painted ‘wet on wet’.
All materials are provided, including oils and a 6x8" canvas.
Snacks and drinks & wine will be available.
