Life wears us down, and no matter who you are or where you come from or however charmed your life may appear to be...it, inevitably, without cause, without prejudice, will wear you down. And life will do so aggressively, emotionlessly, violently even, wear you down until there doesn't seem to be anything left of your life, your sense of identity that you spent so many years building...except a pile of rubble and some cracks in the foundation. In our previous retreats we have learned what it meant to accept yourself as you are and as being enough, and to harness your trauma and anger into useful energy, this time around, we will take an indepth look at starting over and rebuilding your life after it has been shook to its very foundation. At Regrowth, we will discover the Phoenix in all of us, and be reborn from the flames.
