There are 3 different tickets available:
Premium Customer Bundle Ticket - $59.99 - Get premium access to the 2024 Virginia Meet, guaranteed outside parking, plus a swag bag with multiple items that includes a Premium Customer exclusive t-shirt (not the limited edition event shirt). Tickets are sold per person. These tickets grant access for one person to the Virginia Meet Saturday Night. Non-transferrable. You must wear your wristband for re-admission inside the indoor gallery area. (Limited to 200 tickets)
General Parking Saturday Night - $29.99 - This is our standard ticket in order for you to park at the convention center. It includes the general admission ticket for the driver of the vehicle. General Parking Vehicle tickets will be limited in number as well and issued on a first come first serve basis. Passengers need the general admission tickets. $34.99 per person for purchases after August 25, 2024. Tickets are sold per person. These tickets grant access for one person and their vehicle to the IA Virginia Meet SATURDAY NIGHT ONLY. Non-transferrable. You must wear your wristband for indoor re-entry.
General Admission Ticket - $24.99 - Purchase your tickets to the 2024 ImportAlliance Virginia Meet. General admission into the meet is $24.99 per person online. Late tickets (day of the event) cannot be purchased at the gate. You must buy them on our website for $29.99 per person. Children age 10 and under get in free. Tickets are sold per person. These tickets grant access for one person/passenger to the Summer Meet on SATURDAY NIGHT ONLY. IF YOU INTEND TO BRING YOUR CAR YOU MUST PURCHASE A VEHICLE PARKING TICKET. Non-transferrable. You must wear your wristband for re-admission indoors. They cannot be removed as stated above.
Tickets will be available for purchase online on the day of event. ALL tickets to this event must be purchased online. Tickets will not be sold at the gate by IA staff and/or gate personnel.
TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE FOR USE AT ANOTHER EVENT.
Children age 10 and under get in free.
GATES OPEN AT 5PM. GATES CLOSE AT 10PM.
As usual there is no alcohol allowed at ImportAlliance Events. Pets are also prohibited. Please do not bring any weapons of any kind to the event. Service animals are allowed. Finally, we are always concerned about your safety coming to our events and leaving. Please be careful on your way to Virginia and on you way home….it’s no fun hearing the stories of accidents coming to the show and leaving the show. Also, part of keeping pedestrians and attendees as safe as possible means each driver needs to be responsible. That means no burnouts and demonstrations of power. Let's keep the shenanigans to a minimum. Safety is a huge priority for us. ImportAlliance reserves the right to revoke the license provided by the ticket holder if the safety of our customers the venue or staff is compromised.
Make sure to print your ticket(s) and have it/them available for us to scan on your phone. Safety is our number one priority.
ImportAlliance reserves the right to revoke this ticket/license and remove the ticket holder from the event, if ImportAlliance determines the actions and/or behavior of the ticket holder present a threat to the safety and enjoyment of other paying customers, venue officials, ImportAlliance staff, or any other person present at the event.
This ticket is good for the 2024 ImportAlliance Virginia event only and is valid for Saturday August 31, 2024 only. Ticket holder will present this ticket and receive an armband for re-entry purposes. No re-entry is allowed unless ticket purchaser is in possession of an official 2024 ImportAlliance Virginia Armband. Wristbands must stay on your wrist for re-entry. If they are removed you will need to purchase another ticket for re-entry.
This ticket is a license to enter the premises hosting the 2024 ImportAlliance Virginia.
