Implicit Bias & Structural Racism: Moving from Individual Awareness to Systemic Accountability is a 3-hour, in-person workshop designed for nurses, social workers, case managers, and other Maryland-licensed health professionals.

This course fulfills Maryland's HB 783 implicit bias and structural racism training requirement — confirmed by the Maryland Department of Health (MHHD) as meeting the mandate for all Maryland health occupations licenses. It's approved for 3.0 RN, SW, and CCM contact hours.
