Implementing a Gender Diversity Strategy

In partnership with SAWEA and alongside Windaba 2022, we present the “implementing a gender diversity strategy” workshop for RE leaders.  

The workshop will unpack the DMRE’s Gender Diversity Strategy and allow industry leaders to actively participate in the development of a RE Gender Diversity Charter. The charter being a SAWEA-SAPVIA Gender Diversity Working Group led initiative, provides the industry with the opportunity to demonstrate commitment through transformation , by implementing defined targets and reporting principles.

Gender Diversity allows businesses to increase their talent pool, encourage diverse perspectives to drive individual and team performance and eliminate impediments. The RE sector can be an industry leader in transforming the workplace to ensure all employees are seen, heard and valued .
