Mr. Morris is the MicroDental Laboratories and ADL Dental Lab CEO. After graduating from the University of Louisville School of Business with a degree in Marketing and Finance in 1991, he purchased ADL Dental Laboratory. Mr. Morris decided to educate himself on dental implants, a section of dentistry that was underserved and growing rapidly. Mr. Morris has been lecturing for many implant companies, including Nobel Biocare, Straumann, Zimmer/Biomet, and Thommen Medical. His area of expertise is assisting with treatment planning, using multiple implants to restore the edentulous arch, and immediate load provisionalization with a fixed hybrid. His experience with fixed hybrids and early immediate loading protocols has led him to become a chairside assistant at the surgical level, along with the general practitioner. He is currently a featured presenter for Straumann and is part of numerous implant and restorative local study clubs.
