In questo workshop esploreremo la bellezza dell'imperfezione, esaminando le emozioni fondamentali mappate del livello Heartbeat della pratica dei 5Ritmi come nostra guida.
Come ci distoglie la paura dal sentirci interi o dall'abbracciare il nostro coraggio?
La rabbia ci porta a giudicare anziché trovare conforto nella nostra forza?
Onoriamo e accettiamo i nostri inevitabili momenti di tristezza con il tempo e lo spazio che meritano?
E come sperimentiamo la liberazione e condividiamo la gioia, non solo con noi stessi ma con le comunità che tocchiamo?
Quando ci muoviamo fluidamente attraverso la paura, la rabbia, la tristezza e la gioia, come si manifesta il nostro cuore intrinsecamente compassionevole?
Insieme, mentre danziamo con cuori aperti e la profonda saggezza di questa pratica, abbracceremo la bellezza della vita e il potere trasformativo dell’amore.

NB: Bisogna avere un minimo di 15 ore di esperienze partecipando in classi o seminari di 5Ritmi con insegnanti certificati.
CONDUCE:
JASON è insegnante certificato di 5Ritmi, livello Waves e livello Heartbeat. Jason abita a Londra dove lui tiene classi settimanali di 5Ritmi in una bellissima chiesa, tiene seminari regolari nel Regno Unito e a livello internazionale. Nel 2022 è stato preso come apprendista presso Jonathan Horan per insegnare la mappa del Medicine Dance che combina i livelli della pratica Waves, Heartbeat e Cycles.

In this workshop, we will delve into the beauty of imperfection, exploring the core emotions mapped in the Heartbeat map of the 5Rhythms practice as our guiding light.
How does fear divert us from feeling whole or embracing our courage?
Does anger lead us to judge rather than find solace in our own strength?
Do we honour and accept our inevitable moments of sadness with the time and space they deserve?
And how do we experience liberation and share joy, not just with ourselves but with the communities we touch?
When we fluidly move through fear, anger, sadness, and joy, how does our inherently compassionate heart reveal itself? Together, as we dance with open hearts and the deep wisdom of this practice, we'll embrace life's beauty and the transformative power of love.

LEAD BY:
Jason is a certified 5Rhythms teacher, in the Waves and Heartbeat levels. Jason lives in London where he holds a very popular weekly 5Rhythms class in a beautiful church. He also conducts regular seminars in the UK and internationally. In 2022, Jason was selected as an apprentice by Jonathan Horan to teach the Medicine Dance map, which combines the levels of Waves, Heartbeat, and Cycles practices.
NB: A minimum of 15 hours of experience participating in 5Rhythms classes or seminars with certified teachers is required to participate.
