About this Event

Have you ever worried about your brain slowing down?

Many people worry about brain ageing, and it's tricky to tell normal changes from more concerning ones. It can become especially hard if we are dealing with low mood and worry in the context of adjusting to stressors and challenges in life.

Learn practical, evidence-based strategies from Anastasia to buffer against these changes, to boost mood and brain health (especially mindfulness and lifestyle adjustments) and further resources.
