This supportive workshop will help parents and carers understand the links between neurodivergence and mental health. You’ll explore how everyday challenges can impact mood, anxiety and self-esteem, and learn practical ways to support your child’s wellbeing at home.

This in-person event is specially designed for parents and carers from Northamptonshire, offering a safe and understanding space to explore strategies, share experiences and build confidence in supporting your child.
