This masterclass focuses on the art of constructing truly systemic innovative solutions that are intentionally designed to create transformative systems change. We will first examine different venture building approaches and practical tools that can help you improve existing offerings or create new solutions that embrace systems thinking to address problems where others have failed. We will then dive into different topics around how can existing organisations scale their impact – from rethinking own impact-commercial model, to selecting the appropriate IP strategies, to embracing deep collaborative approaches and synergetic partnerships.

The action-orientated masterclass will not only introduce you to relevant theories, frameworks, tools, and practical examples surrounding these topics, but will also provide you with multiple exercises in which you can apply these to your own situation, reflect on real-life case studies, or think critically about existing solutions.”
