Monday May 19th 2025:
Attendee Registration; Meet+Greet: 2:30-3:00
Opening Sessions- With Multiple Guest Speakers: 3PM-6PM
Cocktail Hour and Professional Portraits: 6PM-7PM
Buffet Styled Cocktail Dinner & Dancing: 7PM-9PM
**There is a Restaurant on Site for those who want to continue to mingle after The Dinner and Continue to Network
Tuesday May 20th, 2025 ( DREAM WEDDING DAY)
Buffet Breakfast: 7AM-8AM
Lets Make a Wedding! 8AM-12:00PM (We will be building Luxury Tables Scapes, Installations, Ceremony, etc.- we are structuring this so that everyone will have a hands on experience.)
12:00-12:45 Lunch
12:45-3:30PM- FInish Designs for the Wedding!
3:30 PM - 6PM (Free time, Get Ready For Dinner)
6PM-8PM Plated Dinner Where we will have a live stream of the Room Reveal of the Couple seeing the space for the first time!
8PM-? Feel free to enjoy the property, mingle, etc!

7AM-8AM Buffet Breakfast
8AM-12:00PM Series of Different Business Intensive Workshops to rotate between
12:00-12:45 (Lunch)
12:45-3:00 Business Workshops Continue
3:00-6:00 Free time! Make an appointment at the Spa, Visit a Restaurant, or just Relax before the Gala!
6:00-7:00 Cocktail Hour For Gala
7:00-9:00 Gala decked out in beautiful florals!
9:00-? Feel free to Network, enjoy the property, etc!
