Join the Seattle Neighborhood Group and the Rainier Beach: A Beautiful Safe Place for Youth, initiative community partners for a day dedicated to the safety, healing, and unity of Rainier Beach. The 3rd Annual IMPACT Community Safety Summit & A Walk for Change is more than just an event—it is a powerful response to the challenges we face and a commitment to our collective future.

We are walking with purpose to highlight key safety areas, engage in the Litter Challenge, and connect with the local changemakers who are working tirelessly to build a stronger, safer Rainier Beach Neighborhood.

Event Schedule

• 9:00 AM – 9:45 AM: Registration & Sign Making (Kick off the morning with creativity and community spirit!)
• 9:45 AM – 12:00 PM: Walk for Change (Walk, run, or bike the 2.5-mile "5 Pearls" route through Rainier Beach’s key safety areas.)
• 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Lunch & IMPACT Community Safety Summit (Join us inside the RBCC for a shared meal and solution-based dialogue.)

• The Summit: Hear directly from leaders and organizations dedicated to protecting our neighborhood.

• Meet & Greet: Connect with the local forces behind community safety, from organizers to neighbors.
