Calling all organisations supporting older people across WA

Join us for a full‑day, hands‑on session is tailored specifically for the seniors’ support sector. It will help you strengthen your project ideas, sharpen your funding story, and build confidence in demonstrating meaningful impact for older people and their communities.

Whether you’re running social programs, supporting independent living, reducing isolation, delivering services for carers, or creating age‑friendly communities — you’ll gain practical tools to clearly define and evidence your impact.

What we’ll dive into

👵 Good project design – shape initiatives that support dignity, independence and quality of life
📍 Defining need and impact – articulate the needs of older people and how your work responds
📏 Outcomes measurement – capture meaningful change (e.g. wellbeing, connection, access, safety, confidence)
📊 Collecting data & evidence – practical, respectful approaches to gathering insights from older participants
📝 Acquittal planning – make reporting to funders simple, clear and effective
📣 Telling your impact story – communicate your outcomes with clarity and authenticity
🤝 Collaboration & connection – connect with others across WA’s seniors’ support sector
🌱 Sustaining impact – design programs that deliver lasting benefits for ageing communities

This is not a dry, academic workshop

It’s interactive, practical and grounded in real projects you bring on the day. You’ll actively work on your own ideas and leave with tools you can apply straight away.

You’ll walk away with

✔ A stronger, clearer project concept
✔ A simple, reusable logic model and outcomes plan
✔ Tools to support grant applications (Lotterywest, Healthway and others)
✔ Confidence to demonstrate impact with meaningful evidence
✔ New connections and shared momentum across the sector
