Who need a flu shot? Come learn natural ways to make it through the cold and flu season!Our time together will include:
A short time of teaching and sharing.
A lot of time of playing in the labratory creating our own immune boosters - Fire Cider, Herbal Tinctures, Teas, Syrups,
Fun and a lot of laughter!
Space is limited so sign up quick!
Cost is $25 if you only want the lecture and recipes, $100 if you want to create and take home herbs, syrups and fire cider. You will go home stocked for the season!

If there is enough interest, we will provide childcare on site for an additional $15 per child. Nursing babies in arms are free to join at no charge.
