What's Provided: Meditation cushions (zafus and zabutons) are provided for a comfortable upright seated practice.
What to Bring: If you prefer to lie down, please bring your own yoga mat as none are available at the studio.
What to Wear: Warm, comfortable clothing.
Arrival: Doors open at 5:50 PM. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to find your spot and settle in. To preserve the meditative container for all attendees, we begin promptly at 6:00 PM.
