Immersive Sound Healing Level I Introduction Certification

This class is perfect if you:

✔ Own a crystal bowl and aren’t sure you’re “doing it right”
✔ Feel called to sound healing but don’t want a full certification (yet)
✔ Are a Reiki practitioner, yoga teacher, therapist, or wellness guide
✔ Want a meaningful personal meditation or self-care practice
✔ Learn best by doing, not just listening

No prior experience required.
This is a supportive, grounded learning environment, certificate of intro to sound healing

• Basics of Sound Healing, Frequency & why it's important
• Proper striking and bowl singing techniques
• Mallet placement, pressure, and speed
• Clockwise vs counterclockwise playing
• How breath affects sound and tone
• What to do when sound skips or goes silent
• Creating rhythm, pacing, and intentional silence
• How to begin, flow through, and close a sound journey
• Playing for yourself and for others safely and responsibly

• Activating tuning forks properly
• On-body and off-body use
• Guided self-practice and/or partner practice
• Safety, intention, and energetic awareness

Extended Immersion | 5–6 Hours

This length allows time for:

• Demonstration
• Guided practice
• Individual feedback
• Integration and questions
• Breaks to rest and reset
