Immersive Sound Bath

What to expect:

An immersive sound bath is a therapeutic experience where participants are enveloped in sound waves produced by various instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant tools. During a sound bath, the facilitator plays the instruments in a deliberate manner to create a harmonious and meditative atmosphere. The sound waves and vibrations produced by these instruments are said to induce deep relaxation, reduce stress, and promote a sense of well-being. Participants are encouraged to focus on their breathing, let go of tension, and allow the sounds to wash over them, creating a meditative state.

What to bring:

- Clothing. This is Colorado, dress in layers, and wear comfy clothing that you can relax in.

- Props. If you have a yoga mat, blankets, and/or any other items that will bring you comfort, bring them! If not, no worries, we will have yoga mats available for community use.

- Sacred items. Please bring items that are special to you such as: crystals, stones, mala necklaces, or other sacred items that you wish to charge with sound healing vibrations.

- Drink/Food. Gather for community, food, and fundraising shenanigans between the hours of 4:00pm-5:00pm.

- Heart. Bring an open heart and permission to unwind, rejuvenate, and refresh!
