This is an exclusive event collaboration with Sound Healing accredited practitioner, Christian from Inner-Volution and Hypnotherapist, Reiki & Retreat Facilitator Amelia from Ikigai Transformations.
We will guide you through a blissful meditation, using a variety of instruments and techniques to create a harmonious atmosphere. Allow the gentle sounds to wash over you, releasing tension and promoting a sense of well-being.
Whether you're a seasoned meditator or new to the practice, this event offers a unique opportunity to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.

-Bring your open minded self, a yoga mat, water bottle, pillow/ blanket optional for extra comfort and an eye pillow if you have one.
