Through guided meditation and immersive sound, we’ll journey beyond the thinking mind and into the deeper intelligence of the body. This session activates the natural laws encoded in our DNA and works intentionally with scalar energy to bring coherence, clarity, and connection. As we open the space together, you’ll be guided to release stored tension, realign your nervous system, and return to your innate rhythm.
Instruments woven into this session include the Grandmother Drum, didgeridoo, rattles, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, ocean drum, conch, flute, thunder stick, and voice (mantra, breath, and vocal toning). Each sound carries a frequency that meets you where you are—inviting the body to remember, reset, and reawaken.
