Join Friends of the Coastal Region Library board member, Rev. Doreen Lavista, RMT, for an immersive, guided meditation session. Take the time for stress reduction and relaxation while enjoying peaceful music and breathing exercises. Participants should bring either a yoga mat, cushion, pillow, or back support for using a chair. Registration is required.
