This season, Rhum Tavern presents the city’s most ambitious takeover series. Over the course of 12 weeks, we are opening our hatches to the titans of the industry. We’ve invited 12 of London’s Top 50 Bars and 12 world-class Brand Partners to take command of our bar and redefine the rum experience.
The Voyage
Each Tuesday, a new legendary bar from London’s elite circle will take over our ship. They bring their signature flair, their award-winning bartenders, and a bespoke menu created in collaboration with a different premium brand partner every single week.

Elite Mixology: Taste exclusive, one-night-only cocktails crafted by the best bartenders in the world.
The 12/12/12 Concept: A new Top 50 bar, a new premium brand, and a new sensory journey every Tuesday for 12 weeks.
Vibes by the Deck: We’re turning up the energy with a live DJ every night, blending cinematic atmosphere with a high-octane party vibe.
The Treasury Access: Our collection of 400+ rare rums remains at your disposal, alongside the takeover’s featured spirits.
