Join Dr. Arin Levy of Enso Sounds & Healing Arts at Serenity Roots in Athen, Ohio for a sonic journey of restful tranquility. Enter a state of deep listening, led through guided meditation, surrounded by the sounds of 16 gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and more. The resonant tones of the gongs foster a tranquil stillness, prompting a mindful pause to appreciate the present moment. In the symphony of mindful listening, you're invited to quiet the mind and embrace the natural rhythms of your body, finding healing through the sounds of the universe.Arin was a resident of Athens from 2007-2011, and is thrilled to be coming back to the hills to offer this evening of tranquility!
Doors open to the space at 6:50 PM, and the session begins promptly at 7:00 PM. Please arrive with everything you need to be comfortable in your space (yoga mat, blanket, pillow/props, etc.).

About your host:
Dr. Arin Levy (they/them), founder of Enso Sounds, is a warm-hearted percussionist and sound artist with roots in Cuban-American heritage, currently residing in Denver, CO. Arin's lifelong journey with music has been enriched by the pursuit of degrees in western percussion, music theory, and experimental sound art. This unique blend of expertise is harmoniously woven with Arin's passion for mindfulness, cultivated through the study of meditation and yogic practices. Through their artistry and inviting spirit, Arin welcomes you to join them on a journey of soothing sounds and soulful exploration. Their commitment extends warmly to the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, offering a unique space for connection and self-discovery. Arin has performed and studied music in 4 continents and over 40 states, and regularly tours the US as a sound meditation facilitator.
